| Start the New Year on a positive note and run with it! Not allowing negative thinking into your life makes for great things now and in the future. Believe that you deserve whatever prosperity you desire and it will come to you. Be kind to your body and take care of it by integrating positive motion and vibrant foods into your routine. A few subtle changes instead of a long list of New Years resolutions are a great way to show how beautiful you are inside and out!

| February | Compassionchanges is updating site. This is the month for love. Take a closer look at your family life and show how much you love them. Practice patience, kindness, and compassion. Consider where they are at in their lives and what they are able or not able to do to make their lives better. If you need to forgive someone this is the time to do it. Forgiveness makes us all healthy and happy. That doesn't mean that you can't set healthy boundaries with others. Allow those you love to be who they are. If you lead by positive example they may see how happy it makes you and follow in your footsteps.

| March | Renew your friendships. Make a point to reconnect with friends that you have lost contact with over time. Call, write, or go and visit them. Compassion begins with those that are close to you. Invest some time with those people that make you feel good about life and share your interests or even find something new to share. This was a big hit last year!

April | Time to plant new seeds. Jump outside the box of routine and try something new. Take a class, learn something new, or even find a new job. Spring is the time for new beginnings. You can change anything you want if you keep your thoughts positive and believe in the SPIRIT within you. This can be as small as making a new recipe or overhauling your living space. If you see someone else that needs help with this offer your time to them. Helping others feel better is rewarding too! |
| May | Clean out the clutter! Take a look at your life and make it a little more simple. Don't commit to too many projects for the summer. Clean out the closets and donate all of those extras that you really don't use that someone might need. Remember your neighbors. They may be able to use something that you have sitting around. Taking care of the neighborhood is important and one of the first acts of compassion that sets the tone for the world. When you are done you can sit back and enjoy summer!

| June | POSITIVE MOTION CLASSES START IN BILLINGS. Billings residents join Miri in the park for early morning Positive Motion Classes. Anyone can come and move with us as we greet the early morning sun. This is not an aerobics class but rather a time to stretch and use slow flowing movement with positive affirmations to ease stress and start the day fresh. Enjoy the sounds of peaceful instrumental music as we show kindness to our body and mind.

| July | Positive Motion Classes continue. This is the month to celebrate choices. No matter where we live we have the ability to change our mind. Consider your perspective and how you could help yourself or someone else by changing it. Look for Compassionchanges "Change Your Mind-Heal Your Life!" Class. Time and place for the July class to be announced soon.

| August | Bring a friend to Positive Motion Class! Take time to share your kindness with a child. Look around for the children whose families may need some help with buying school supplies and clothes. Take care of your friends and neighbors. Share your harvest.

| September | Look for "Positive Body Talk" Class. Learn how to reprogram your mind to be kind to your body and enjoy the benefits of healthier vibrant choices!

| October | This is the time to do something kind for your co-workers. Have a potluck at work, bring in a plant to brighten the office, help them with a project. Consider changing your perspective about a co-worker that you don't get along with very well. Look at their positive attributes and their lives and find some compassion for them then show them your kindness. This can only make your work environment more pleasant.

| November | Look for Compassionchanges "How to Beat Holiday Stress" early November. Simplify some things in your life. Instead of adding more things to your schedule, get rid of unnecessary, time consuming, extras. Spend time with your family and plan an authentic holiday. The point of Thanksgiving is to show gratitude for abundance. Find a way to show others how grateful you are for your life. Give some of your abundance to others by donating to a worthy cause or even to a friend or neighbor in need. If you can't afford to do that then volunteer your time. Sharing makes the difference in a life.
