CHANGE YOUR MIND-CHANGE YOUR BODY!
**Compassion for other people may not be just doing acts of kindness that are obvious.
**We have to have compassion for our own bodies enough to take care of them in our own way, the best way we know how.
**We can't do great things for others and make a difference if we don't feel well.
** No matter what our spiritual following may be, to live in the present moment, not the past and not the future, is the responsible thing to do for society and for ourselves to the best of our ability.
**Compassion begins at home. We often find this out by being hit over the head by life's circumstances such as illness. It starts with getting up out of a chair and doing something to make a healthier world for all by starting with ourselves.
If we were all so perfect...
If we were all so perfect we would be
healthy
and take care of those that aren't
wealthy
and always give to the poor
assertive
and never cross the line to anger
kind
and never pity anyone
patient
and always listen to each other
helpful
and never turn away
If we were all so perfect we would
have compassion
enough to never judge those that don't
have love
enough to let others be who they are
talk to each other
enough to understand ourselves
always succeed
enough to embrace our failures
forget the past and the future
enough to enjoy the present moment
If we were all so perfect...
Aren't we?

Your life always touches another.
When we take care of our bodies we are easing the stress of our loved
ones. It shows that we want to spend as much quality time with them as
possible. Effort rather than perfection is the goal. If we take care of
ourselves it enables us to do more for others. Health creates happiness
which is always passed on. What are YOU doing to pass it on?
